UML’s spray foam insulation is class 1 fire rated and BBA registered. Government legislation stipulates 300mm of fiberglass which, when laid between your loft joists, renders your loft useless.

Pipe-safe

With traditional cool roof fibreglass insulation, pipes and tanks in your loft are cut off, potentially leading to freezing.

Space saving

The newly dictated depth greatly limits the use of valuable space. With the loft floor taken up with fibre glass insulation, there’s no space left for anything other than Xmas decorations. Use My Loft’s insulation installers, leave a clean, usable loft space for a multitude of uses. Because our spray foam insulation insulates the loft roof, not the loft floor, allowing heat to circulate through your home – not just below the loft.

Temperature
